What if there is a problem with my order?

Please make sure that your billing and shipping information appears as it does on your credit card statement. If there is a discrepancy it will require us to call you directly and may delay your order. No orders will be shipped without proper verification. If there is a delay in your order being shipped because of a discrepancy UnitedFront will attempt to call twice within a 48 hour period. If there is no response within 24 hours of the last call or email contact your purchase amount will be refunded to your credit card and no items will be shipped. will not be held responsible for delays in order shipment(s) due to payment discrepancies.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMX, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal. If paying through PayPal and an e-check is the form of payment chosen, your order will be shipped once the e-check has been verified and deposited. This may take 3-4 days due to no fault of our own and is PayPal's policy

Store Credit

  • If you have a store credit it does not expire and you may use it at any time.

  • Store credits can only be used on our website

  • You may not transfer your store credit to another person or account.

  • Your store credit may not be transferred to one of our other online distribution channels

  • Store credits may not be purchased, we recommend that you purchase a Gift Certificate to our store instead

  • Store credits are provided in U.S. dollars.

  • Your store credit will automatically be visible at checkout once you are signed in. you will have the option apply your store credit to the balance of your purchase. If you choose to do this, it will auto automatically deduct your store credit from the shopping carts balance.

  • Any purchase amounts that exceeds the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.

How fast will I receive my order?

You’ve ordered one of our stylish garments or accessories and now you want it ASAP, here's what to expect. It may take up to 2 days to process your order after it has been received and verified. After your order is processed you will receive an email notification that your item (s) has been shipped. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number the day your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update. You can also check the status of you items under My Account.

  • FREE Priority Shipping Over $75 - US Only

  • Priority Domestic Shipping - $8.00 2 - 4 days - Business days only, excludes holidays and weekends, restricted to the contingent 48 States only 

  • Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FPO and U.S. Territories are accepted, but must be sent by priority mail only.

The time frame to receive your package does not include weekends and holidays.

International packages with tracking numbers starting with "LZ' often receive location updates much later than other packages. If you feel your order was lost or misdirected, we recommend waiting 5 business days for tracking info to update.  All international packages will require a signature upon delivery.


  • Priority International Shipping - Real Time Quote - Up to 20 days depending on location. Know your packages whereabouts step by step with the free tracking number provided in your order confirmation.

UnitedFront does not guarantee delivery times on International orders. 

How do I return an item?

To return an item go to your order history and locate the order which contains the item(s) you wish to return. Follow the prompts to initiate your return.

  • The returned item cost, minus the original shipping fees will be refunded 48-72 hours after it is received and inspected to the original form of payment. 

  • If the returned items are found to be worn, damaged, or not in suitable returnable condition the items will be returned to you and a refund will not be issued.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

  • Merchandise must have all UnitedFront hang tags attached.

  • Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned.

  • Hats, hosiery and earrings of any kind cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • All return payments will be to the original form of payment only

How do I exchange an item?

We offer FREE EXCHANGES! To exchange an item go to your order history and locate the order which contains the item(s) you wish to return. Follow the prompts to initiate your exchange. Once you have completed the exchange form a shipping label will be sent to you within 24 hours via email. To ensure you receive the item you are exchanging your original purchase for we ask that you purchase the item(s) immediately while they are in stock.

  • Merchandise wanted for exchange will not be held for the returned item to be received, and refunded.

  • Your new items will be processed and shipped out immediately after they have been purchased following our standard shipping process. When the item(s) that you are returning for an exchange are received and processed, we will email you a refund notification.

  • The exchanged item cost minus the original shipping cost will be refunded 48-72 hours after it is received and inspected to the original form of payment.

  • If the item returned for an exchange is found to be worn, damaged, or not in suitable exchangeable condition the items will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

  • Merchandise must have all UnitedFront hang tags attached.
