Conveniently order your favorite dress from our website and have your garments in your hand same day! Process your items as you normally would and select “In Store Pick Up” as your shipping method. You will receive an email confirmation and your items will be available for pick up the within 2-4 hours.  When you arrive, provide your confirmation number to our friendly staff - Your items will be packaged and ready for pick up quickly so you can get back to making those power moves!

To exchange an item, go to your order history and locate the order which contains the item(s) you wish to return. Follow the prompts to initiate your exchange. Once you've purchased the new item to be exchanged a shipping label will be sent to you via email. This service is limited to once per transaction.

Exchanges must be requested and sent within 7 days of orginal purchase.

Merchandise wanted for exchange will not be held for the returned item to be received, and refunded.

When the item(s) you're returning arrive, it will inspeced for damage and if approved your refund will be refunded to the original form of payment.

If the item(s) returned for an exchange is found to be worn, damaged, or not in suitable exchangeable condition the item(s) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

Merchandise must have all UnitedFront tags attached.


To return an item go to your order history and locate the order which contains the item(s) you wish to return. Follow the prompts to initiate your return. The returned item cost, minus the original shipping fees will be refunded after it has been received and inspected to the original form of payment. If the returned item(s) are found to be worn, damaged, or not in suitable returnable condition a shipping invoice will be sent to pay for the item(s) to be returned to you and a refund will not be issued.

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

Merchandise must have all UnitedFront tags attached.

Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned.

Hats, hosiery and earrings of any kind cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.
